Pricing is based on the scope of your business, the VIP partnership starts at $8,000.
How I Partner with You
Most projects that we partner on together will follow these phases to ensure we are creating a process that works best for you and your business because who you are, and how you run your business, is unique.
01 — Inventory
If there is a current process, we will take a deep look at how it works and compare that with your ideal workflow to identify the gaps. If there is not an existing process in place (a new product/service) we will start with identifying your ideal workflow. This will give us a jumping-off point for what needs to be improved/implemented at each step and give us a clear plan of action.
02 — Research & Planning
At times, new platforms will be necessary to create the ideal workflow. I will identify what options we have based on the budget for investing in platforms and present a comparison of what I recommend we use to build the workflows. If your current platform works for your ideal workflow, then I will take a look at how we can better leverage it to make it work for you.
03 — Workflow Mapping
Once we have a clear picture of your ideal workflow and what platforms we will use to help us create it, I will design a workflow map for each process that creates a clear visual representation of what happens at each step of the process - internally and client-facing. This map will be our north star to keep us on track as we head into implementation.
04 — Implementation
The fun begins! Well, for me at least 🙂 I implement and design the process and systems that will make your ideal workflow a reality.
05 — Training and Hand-off
Once your systems and processes are implemented, I’ll make sure handoff goes smoothly by training you and/or your team so that everyone feels confident and clear on the new process, tools, and how to use them.
